In December 2023, first-urn worked for the first time with a US customer to develop a customised adult urn prototype and successfully delivered a modern version of the wooden adult urn. Through this collaboration, we have become even more convinced that the processing capabilities of the wooden urns, the packaging of the ashes and the attentive and smooth customer service are advantages that can be favoured by our customers in the US region and are strengths that differentiate us from other suppliers.
