We would like to share the simple production process of our wooden pet urn boxes. The main production process consists of seven steps: Material Selection, Cutting, Assembly, Primer Painting, Polishing, Surface Painting, and Packaging.

The initial step involves carefully selecting the materials.

We ensure the quality of our products by selecting A+ grade high-density board materials from our trusted supplier, right from the beginning of the production process.

For our pet urn wooden boxes, we utilize a 1.2cm thickness board, while for our human urn boxes, we use a 1.5cm or 2.0cm thickness board.

The primary materials we use in our production include high-density board, MDF, black walnut, oak, red oak, cedar wood, beech, bamboo, basswood, birch wood, pine wood, paulownia, Chinese catalpa wood, and multilayer solid board. We are capable of customizing products using various types of wood. If we are using imported North American wood, such as cedarwood, we need to purchase the raw materials 50 days in advance to ensure we obtain A+ quality cedar wood. This is because reliable cedar wood suppliers import goods based on advance orders and import them from the USA accordingly.

The next step involves the cutting process.

Moving on to the third step, we have the assembly process.

For the production of wooden photo frame pet urns, half of the process is done manually, while the other half is completed using machines.

Moving on to the fourth step, we have the primer painting process.

To ensure the quality of our pet ashes urn boxes, we will conduct a primer painting process at least 3-4 times for each product. Additionally, we will perform a polishing process 3-4 times for all goods. The following is the detailed Polishing Process.

The surface of the product becomes smoother as we polish it more carefully. In cases where machine polishing is not possible for certain corners, we will polish them by hand.

The sixth step involves the surface painting process.

The minimum requirement is to have the surface painting process done twice. This step is crucial for ensuring the quality of the goods, especially for large quantity orders. We conduct three rounds of inspections on every product to minimize the defective rate and ensure good quality. The final step is packaging.
