it is four way to open human wooden urn, also easy operation:
1-remove this urn bottom screws
2-Turn the urn over to reveal the bottom opening
3-Gently place the plastic bag containing the ashes (usually provided by the funeral home) into the interior space
4- Put the screws back on for a tight seal
5-Choose an appropriate location in your home to place the urn
